Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Product — No Physical Shipping

The Fractal Traders FX sells software products (Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5) and software licenses. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. As such, there is no physical shipping involved in any purchase.

2. Digital Delivery Timeline

Once your payment is successfully processed through Razorpay, your license is activated immediately and automatically. The full process typically completes within a few seconds.

3. How You Access Your Purchase

Upon successful payment:

  1. You are automatically logged into your customer dashboard.
  2. Your new license appears in the "Your Licenses" section of the dashboard.
  3. You can immediately download the Expert Advisor (.mq5 file) using the Download button on your license detail page.
  4. Your license key is displayed on the license detail page and can be copied with one click.
  5. A confirmation email is sent to the email address associated with your account.

4. Installation

After downloading the .mq5 file, you install the Expert Advisor on your MetaTrader 5 platform. Full installation instructions are provided in the welcome email and on your dashboard. Installation typically takes 2-5 minutes.

5. Delivery Failures

In the rare event that your purchase completes but your license does not appear in the dashboard within 5 minutes, please:

  • Refresh your dashboard page.
  • Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.
  • If still not received, email the.fractal.tradersfx@gmail.com with your payment transaction ID. We will manually activate your license within 24 hours.

6. International Customers

Because the product is delivered entirely digitally, customers from any country may purchase and use our software (subject to local laws regarding automated trading software in your jurisdiction). There are no shipping charges, customs fees, or delivery time differences based on location.

7. Service Outages

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, occasional service outages or maintenance windows may briefly affect new license activation. Any payment received during an outage will be processed as soon as service is restored, typically within minutes to a few hours. Affected customers will be notified by email if delays exceed 4 hours.
