Account information:

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We do not store your password in plaintext.

Payment information:

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. We retain only the transaction ID, amount, currency, and status returned by Razorpay for record-keeping and reconciliation.

Trading data:

When you install our Expert Advisor (EA) on MetaTrader 5, the EA reports back to our servers: your assigned MT5 account number, MT5 broker server name, license validation status, and individual trade details (symbol, lot size, open/close prices, profit/loss, timestamps, magic number). This data is used solely to display your trading history on your dashboard and to verify license usage.

Technical data:

We log standard web server data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used for security monitoring and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account
• To process payments and issue license keys
• To validate your EA license and bind it to a single MT5 account
• To display your trading history and performance on your customer dashboard
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, license renewal reminders, refund notifications)
• To prevent fraud and unauthorised license sharing
• To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your MT5 account password or trading platform login credentials.
• We do not have the ability to place, modify, or close trades on your behalf outside the EA's automated logic.
• We do not access funds in your trading account at any time.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We share limited information with the following service providers, strictly to operate the Service:

• Razorpay — for payment processing (transaction details only)
• Supabase — our database provider (encrypted at rest)
• DigitalOcean — our hosting provider
• Myfxbook — for publicly verified performance display (you choose what to make public on your own Myfxbook account, if any)

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, password hashing using bcrypt, JWT-based authentication, server-side firewall restrictions, and regular security updates. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and trading history for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except for transaction records which we retain for 7 years to comply with Indian tax and financial regulations.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications (if any)
• Export your trading history
