What happens when my free trial ends?
The EA stops automatically. We never charge a card you didn't enter. You can purchase a subscription anytime to continue.
Can I change my MT5 account later?
Yes. Submit a request from your dashboard and we review within 24 hours. One MT5 account per license at any time.
Do you provide trading signals or manage funds?
No. We sell automated trading software (an Expert Advisor) that you install on your own MetaTrader 5. We never see or touch your trading capital.
How does payment work?
Charges are processed by Razorpay and appear as "Fractal Algo" on your bank statement.
Will the EA work on my broker?
The EA works on any MT5 broker that supports the symbols we list (BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL and other major cryptos). Most regulated brokers do.
