Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued for purchases made on fractaltradersfx.com, operated by Yatharth Deepak Hatwar under the trade name The Fractal Traders FX.

We want our customers to have a clear understanding of what is and is not eligible for a refund before they purchase. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if all the following conditions are met:

  • The Expert Advisor (EA) software fails to operate as described in the product documentation due to a technical defect.
  • The defect has been reported to us via email within the 7-day window.
  • You have provided reasonable opportunity for us to diagnose and resolve the issue (typically a few back-and-forth emails).
  • We are unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe.

2. What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

  • Trading losses. All financial trading carries risk. Losses incurred while using the EA — whether due to market conditions, broker spreads, slippage, news events, or any market factor — are the sole responsibility of the trader. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with profit levels. If the EA produces profit but you wanted more, this is not grounds for refund.
  • User configuration errors. If you configured the EA with risk settings that resulted in losses, or installed it on an incompatible symbol, this is not grounds for refund. We will assist with configuration questions over email.
  • Broker-side issues. If your broker has unusual spreads, execution issues, account restrictions, or any other broker-specific problem, this is not grounds for refund from us. You should take such issues up with your broker.
  • Failure to maintain VPS/uptime. The EA requires MT5 to be running 24/7. If your computer was off, internet was down, or your VPS failed and the EA missed trades or did not exit positions correctly, this is not grounds for refund.
  • Requests made after the 7-day window. Refund requests received more than 7 days after the purchase date will not be honoured, regardless of reason.
  • Account changes denied by us. Account change requests are subject to manual approval. Denial of a request is not grounds for refund.
  • License revoked due to Terms violation. If your license is revoked because you violated our Terms of Service (sharing license keys, attempting to reverse-engineer the EA, etc.), no refund is issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 1:

  1. Email the.fractal.tradersfx@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Include your license key, the email address used at purchase, and a clear description of the technical issue.
  3. Provide any relevant screenshots, log files, or error messages.
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for us to review and respond.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • The full purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Your license will be deactivated upon refund issuance.
  • Any trades currently open on your account will not be affected; you remain responsible for managing them.

5. Cancellation Policy

Because we do not auto-renew subscriptions, there is no "cancellation" process. When your current subscription period ends, your license simply deactivates. You retain access for the full period you have paid for. To stop using the Service, you only need to refrain from purchasing the next subscription period.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or card issuer. We respond to legitimate refund requests within our policy. Frivolous chargebacks may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any future service access.

7. Free Trial

Our 7-day free trial requires no payment, so no refund is needed if you choose not to convert to a paid subscription. The trial license simply deactivates at the end of the trial period.

8. Policy Changes

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility.
